One of the attractive features of Bulwarra is the Conference Room. This facility is available for units to hire for working group discussions, planning sessions or conferences. Those groups who have taken advantage of this facility have commented on the benefits derived from getting away from the unit environment and going to such a relaxing and pleasant location for their conference.

The conference room comfortably holds eighteen people. Morning and afternoon tea is provided as part of the hire fee. Catering for breakfast and lunch can be arranged with the Manager. Participants need to provide their own electronic gadgetry.

The conference room costs $220 per day and accommodation associated with the activity costs $110 per apartment.
