Trebetha Cottage was originally Bulwarra's Manager's living quarters but in more recent times has been added to Bulwarra’s accommodation range. It is a wonderful two bedroom cottage at the front of the property overlooking Wamberal lagoon with extensive views over Wamberal Beach. Trebetha is ideal for small family or two couples and offers a master bedroom with queen-size bed and a single bed and double bunk in the second room. Trebetha has a fully self-contained kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, which seats up to 6 people. Plus, the lounge room has a Hisense Smart TV with incredible views. If you're lucky you may just see some migrating whales frolicking just off the beach!
Minibul Cottage is set back from the entry to Bulwarra and is ideal for large or multiple families offering four bedrooms and two newly renovated modern bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each. Bedrooms three & four offer two double bunk beds catering for 4 people in each room. The cottage also has a well equipped laundry facility. There is a fully self-contained kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area that seats up to 12 people and a modern and spacious lounge area. Minibul also has a private, covered outdoor entertaining and dining/BBQ area.

While Bulwarra is proud to be an all-inclusive family accommodation In Terrigal, the split-level apartments in particular are better suited to families with older children. This is due to the toilets being upstairs, which may not be suitable for young children to negotiate at night.
We recommend you travel together in one vehicle if possible, as each apartment is allocated one undercover, onsite parking space due to space restrictions. For additional cars, there is plenty of parking available in neighbouring streets. Refer to our 3D walk-through for more information.
All rooms are equipped with 40″ Hisense Smart TVs, which provide access to most streaming service apps such as Netflix, Disney, Prime, Foxtel and Apple TV. Note, all streaming services are only accessible by using your own account; Bulwarra does not provide any free access to streaming services.
