Extended and strengthened perimeter fencing and added new electric vehicle and pedestrian gates, bolstered by stronger local police connections and presence, for enhanced guest safety

Rates Update
Lock in current rates before they adjust in September 2025 (just a CPI increase rounded to the nearest $5). ADF personnel, Dept of Defence Public Servants and First Responders—don’t forget, you’re eligible for our exclusive Defence Rate, which extends to your family and invited guests under your registration.

Whale‑watching:
Enjoy the magical sight of migrating humpback whales breaching off the coast—best between June to November – they will start to migrate south (with calves) in September. Local tours are available via Terrigal Tours. The video above was taken from the balcony of Trebatha Cottage.
